Water Challenge!


Hi guys, I haven't blogged in a bit BUT i'm back and I propose to you a challenge.. a WATER challenge!

Recently i've been drinking a lot of water, whether that be normal water or water mixed in with a bit of dilute juice. This is for no particular reason just that i've decreased my fizzy drinks intake.
I must say i'm loving the fact that drinking water is becoming a daily habit for me along with ensuring that I eat 3 square meals a day everyday. Drinking water as you know is extremely important for the body for many reasons (which I will remind you of later)
.
So heres the challenge propersition which I too will be taking part in.

 Let's have a go at drinking ONLY water for 7 days and 7 nights.

If you took part in and completd lent to the very end which is 40 days then this one should be a breeze for you. I'll be starting this challenge by Gods grace on Monday 18th and finishing on Sunday 24th. If you also want to take part you can start when i'm starting or alternatively you can choose your own dates. The reason as to why i'm setting this water challenge for myself is beause I want to basically just see if I can live on just water for a whole week and to see how it will make me feel at the end of it, whether i'll feel any different physically, mentally and emotionally haha.
