Breakfast At Jummy's!


Just wanted to show you what I preared myself for breakfast..
Lightly buttered brown bread, topped with free range scrambled egg and boiled kippers with a pinch of black pepper!
Not only was this breakfast that I prepared delicious and quick to make but its healthy too, better than that unhealthy full english malarky hehe!
P.s kippers are really good for the heart.
